Chicken Salad on lettuce

[Patty]

3 chicken breast
clelery
Pickles
crushed pecans
cream cheese
onions
green seedless grapes
mayo
sea salt and pepper
egg

Boil chicken breast until done then chop up really fine
add 1 stalk of celery if you dont like celery use celery seeds
crused pecans put as many as you like dont over do it
onions 1/2 one if you dont care for onions just dont put them in it
seedless grapes again not alot but enough that it fill more than 1.2 bowl..they have to be cut up very small
sallt and pepper to your taste mayo should be stir until all is cover but not over done..add 1/2 cream cheese or more if you like..but you need mayo
also cut one boiled egg and mash it till its like mush
Mix and enjoy
Can be used for company over lettuce & a glass of wine
Healthy for kids sandwiches..
You can increase all the above depending on how much you want to make stays good for 4 days

you can do this with tuna except you have to add sugar to take the fish smell out 1/2 cup according to size you make
